How it works

Set up once, use forever. Your team will never ask "when does everyone have time?" again.

Click a Panel Button

An admin sets up a panel with appointment type buttons. Any eligible user clicks a button to start a request.

Pick Participants & Slots

Select who to invite, choose one or more time slots using dropdown pickers, and add a title.

Participants Vote via DM

Everyone receives a DM showing the proposed slots. They vote on which ones work — or propose alternatives.

Bot Confirms Automatically

Once all votes are in, Timely picks the slot with the most availability and sends a confirmation with calendar links.
